Thank you for choosing Legacy Tool Company! We take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade products and stand behind their quality. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

What is Covered:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Faulty construction or assembly
• Material flaws present at the time of purchase

What is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and fading.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling.
• Damage caused by alterations or repairs made by anyone other than Legacy Tool Company or an authorized representative.
• Damage resulting from commercial use. Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Damage resulting from using the product for unintended purposes (e.g., using it as a pry bar or lever). Our products are not designed for such use.
• Loss or theft of the product.

Our Commitment:

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our handmade items, exact replacements are often impossible. In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will work closely with you to find a satisfactory solution. This may include:

• Repairing the defective item (if feasible).
• Replacing the item with a similar product of comparable value and design.
• Issuing a store credit for the original purchase price.

We will make every effort to provide a replacement that closely matches the original item in terms of style, materials, and functionality. However, please understand that variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

How to Make a Claim:

• Your name and contact information
  Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
• A detailed description of the defect
• Clear photographs or videos of the defect

We will review your claim and respond within 3 business days with further instructions or a request for more information.
